So, @UPS in the UK are an absolute disgrace. Three days in a row I’ve waited around for them to collect my parcel to return to Amazon, they’ve lied saying they’ve attempted to reach me at my property, I’ve been in for three days straight, and completely ignored my instructions.

@UPS, why don't your drivers call/buzz for package deliveries requiring signing? I was standing right outside my building, driver came, left an "undeliverable" note and attempted to drive away. Never attempted to use the buzzer. New building, new buzzer, rings to my cell phone.

I received a call after an urgent ticket was opened, confirming that today would be the date it was delivered and yet website shows as waiting for a date for delivery. I just want to confirm when the delivery date will be so I can be home to get my package! @UPS
