Chill Clip has been to obvious go-to for stunning Overloads. However it always got 'blocked out' by Radiant. Bungie actually defined this back in the lead up to Lightfall. This appears to have been changed in a recent update. Chill Clip can now be used simultaneously w/ Radiant.

Speaking of Power Levels! Legend Onslaught is the first activity in the game to put you at a -30 Power Delta! That means you deal 50% less damage, and take 150% more. Normal Onslaught maxes out at only -15 delta. Here's a chart on how the activity scales for each set of waves.
Holy shit, scav mods are BROKEN on Xenophage, and give +7 ammo to any brick. With 1x reserve mods, a cenotaph brick goes from 4 ammo to 11 ammo. A regular brick gives you up to 18 ammo, out of a possible 34 capacity. For perspective, scavs add +3-6 ammo on regular MGs (1/2)

I updated my primary DPS charts, since Into the Light came with a couple small buffs. Minor (red bar) chart is here, Elites are in next tweet. HCs continue to dominate, especially precisions. Traces need a serious buff against minors, ~25%. 120 scouts still make me laugh. (1/3)

We'll have more details from the PvP strike team on the Special ammo meter and these changes in this week's TWID.
We are removing ability kills contributions towards the meter to reduce the advantage the Shotgun-melee combo has over other Special weapons for progressing the meter and to increase the focus on Primary ammo weapons for earning Special ammo.
We are reducing the amount of ammo awarded per transmat from two kill's worth to one, but the meter will now charge slightly more than twice as fast.
We will be reducing the number of mode-specific meter variants to one for respawn modes and one for elimination modes.
Right now, the system is difficult to understand between modes, and there is a dramatic difference in the amount of ammo earned depending on a player's performance, which strongly favors a limited selection of weapons.
We have a change going live tomorrow on April 30 with how the Special ammo meter functions.
