Daily I get asked a question on how to improve your body or lose weight/bodyfat. The answer is always focus on weight training and prioritizing protein. Weight train 3-5 times a week & get 35-50 grams of protein daily. Nothing will change how your body looks more.

Trying to lose weight without tracking your meals in any way is like going on a trip with no gps, map or compass. You're guessing the route. You don't have to do it forever but at least 2-3 months so that you can visualize what the correct meal sizes look like.
People accept getting sick regularly especially in the colder months as normal. In reality it's a sign that your immune system isn't strong. Eat a healthier diet that prioritizes quality proteins, vegetables and fruits. Get probiotics from yogurt & kefir. Weight train 3X/week.
Not sure who needs to hear this but get out of your kid's Halloween candy!
If you're not happy with how your body looks naked NOTHING will change that more than weight training 3-5 times a week and prioritizing protein in your diet.
If you know that you need to get your nutrition together I have a Clean Eating Supermarket Tour scheduled for Monday at 3 pm. DM me for info if interested.
At the end of the day the body you're currently living in is a direct reflection of your daily habits. Saying anything else isn't keeping it 💯. If you're not happy with what you see in the mirror and how you look and feel, you have to hold yourself accountable and take action!

The body you visualize as your ideal body won't happen with more cardio. It will happen with more weight training with real weights and a focused nutrition plan that has more protein, vegetables and fruit. You really don't have to do hours and hours of cardio to look great.
If you're "in the gym" or working but your body isn't looking the way you want it to, at some point you have to admit that something needs change. Your workout, your nutrition or both. My first guess would be you need more weight training, more protein and tracking your calories.
The biggest mistakes that so many women especially make when it comes to achieving their body goals is: 1.Not making weight training with real weights their main activity. 2. Jumping from workout to workout. 3. Not prioritizing protein in their diet.
