Opinions on refined cow's fat ,and that also contains BHT? Would you say it is not good to be eating that?

I heard that in carnivore, vitamin C is not necessary. Explanation? What if im doing carnivore with mostly pork, or chicken, and almost never red meat?

If im correct, in carnivore, you use your own fat, and the one you eat , as fuel. If you fast, you are using your own fat. But what if you have a low percentage of fat, and you fast?

@AsriasmoonB I wasnt meaning that type of volume 🤣🤣 . In Spanish, we say "volume" , to refer to bulking, for bodybulding . But i did not notice it when i wrote the comment .

Grok says "High Oleic Sunflower Oil is good for volume, and healthy". How true is it?

@leapoffaaaith I would be eating it for weight gain . I see it doesnt have saturated fat, but are you also against avocados because they dont have saturated fat? . I hope i understood your point

@markeatsmeat Yes , but the thing is that it is complicated to eat more than 3000 calories with just meat , eggs , and butter . In fact, ive been searching for beef tallow to replace oil, but i just find beef tallow with a chemical called BHT . I might ask for some to a butcher .

I add: It says that his content in Omega 6 is low, that it contains similar contents as olive oil, and that it contains omega 3.

There are people saying that gluten , sugar, etc, causes autoinmune disease. People that may have eliminated it, still having it, even with a Lion diet. So, is it really true that those foods cause such thing?

@Glitteredweb This could be 274718 different things. I dont recommend you to take everything people says in X as real. Your nausea could be because youre not used to eat too much fat.
