Usual pathetic inter terminal transfer service at #newark. Astounding how they can care so little for passengers. That and #unitedAIRLINES being 4 hours late doesn’t help.
All smiles for #OscarMuniz at EWE. Then He leaves. They drop my wife from row 7 to middle seat 20 and are rude when she asks why. #globalservices doesn’t help. #unitedAIRLINES argh.
Now up to 4 weeks out of 5 that #unitedairlines have delayed/miss connected. Remarkably bad record. Ashamed to be loyal #1K. Another missed connection coming up. #unitedmisses
#UnitedAirlines have now deplaned me twice today. 7 hours late and 12 hour longer journey through re routes. Horrible service. Need to give up my #1K status and find a new airline that cares! #UnitedAirlinessuck.
Have #jetblue ever had a flight leave on time? Not in my lifetime. #terribleairline #badservice. I await the usual bad platitude note.
