Was a good night in Dixon on 4/15. This was the best 7th grade distance race ever held at DHS. Abe Garcia and Ethan Carter train together in the Dixon Distance Club and now boast the best 7th grade times in the state of Illinois!

RMS Track Information: Our 1st Track practice will be on March 20th. Students must be registered on 8 to 18 prior to the practice. There will be a parent meeting at 4:30 pm after practice. Running Wild from Davenport Iowa will also be selling shoes and spikes that evening.

The vast majority of injuries during Cross-Country season are not a result of too much mileage or too much speed. They are a result of not enough running during the summer. Cross-Country begins in June.
