@HarleyQuinnRN @ketaminh In a different life. Didn’t love mechanical engineering program, disinterested. Found EMS. Started flying air medical. Found wife who was flight nurse. Started at Duke. We had my son. None of that would’ve happened. Best bad decision in my life.

Bloody Airway If you can't see do not blindly advance the laryngoscope. Lead with suction and advance methodically until you can identify epiglottis - then expose the glottic structures! #FOAMed
