If there are stocks you absolutely love right now but they are already completely extended, you need to do one of these two things: 1. Look elsewhere. It is the simplest, cleanest, and best possible answer. 2. Buy a tiny fraction, but do not take a full position. This keeps you in the game but leaves you plenty of cash to scale in heavy on the dips. I promise you - chasing an entry that is already trading 15% to 20% away from its core EMA will never do you any good over the long haul. Every single day you will sit there staring at the screen, sweating and worried about that position, simply because you forced a high-risk, emotional entry. You either have the discipline to move on to the next setup, or you scale in with tiny sizes. Stop donating your liquidity to market makers.
