and like some sharks, yellowfin tunas must constantly swim! Most fishes obtain O2 by passing H2O over their gills, tunas continually swim forward with mouths open to keep their blood oxygenated! #ModayMotivation

One of the most shocking things we found was this wrack line with #nurdles piled 6+ inches deep (all those little brownish pellets are #plastic “nurdles” - small bits of plastic used to manufacture larger plastic products). We’ll be sending some data to @NurdlePatrol!

Recently, Frontier Logistics asked the court to dismiss the lawsuit we filed with @ChasWaterkeeper to stop the company from polluting our marshes, rivers, & beaches with plastic pellets. Today, the court correctly denied the polluter’s effort to get the case thrown out.

This map shows current position of oil tankers, mostly filled w oil. They're “stranded” around the world b/c no way to unload, b/c onshore warehouses are full, pipelines are full & w/o flow, due to low demand for oil. oil is now worth 0, keeping it stored $30,000 day per vessel.
