Consultants preparing sub-standard DPRs must be held accountable but Gadkariji only says this.In response RTI,NHAI shared name of just one consultant whose DPR was not upto mark.No response to my question about action taken against him

Storage in all 4 big Dams of Cauvery(Karnataka) down from 81% to 73% in 5 Weeks. Bengaluru MUST be made SPONGE CITY with major RAINWATER HARVESTING at all low-lying areas,among other suitable steps. Demand increasing. Supply Uncertain. We can do w/o TUNNEL ROADS,but NOT w/o WATER
