Discrimination Watch @DWatchOrg

🗣️ At @DWatchOrg, we kept hearing the same thing: “I had the qualifications. I had the experience. But I never got a call back.” Over and over again, that question led us to building the RDI. Because fairness in recruitment should be measured. Improved. Made real.

🌍 International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination Today, we stand with the world in saying: racial bias has no place in recruitment, or anywhere. #EliminateRacialDiscrimination #SDG10 #EqualOpportunities #FairRecruitment #TheFutureOfWorkIsFAIR

🌍 Stand Up for Equality! 💪 Discrimination affects everyone—whether directly or indirectly—and it’s time to take action before it’s too late. 🚨 Don’t wait until it’s you. Discrimination can happen in many forms, but it doesn’t have to be something you only experience.

🚀 The Future is YOU! 🌍 The jobs, the opportunities, —you deserve a fair shot at all of it. But bias is still shutting too many talented people out. At @DWatchOrg , we’re making sure the future isn’t just for a select few. It’s for YOU—your skills, your talent, your potential.

🏆 Merit Should Always Win in Recruitment! Too often, bias—not talent—decides who gets hired. Unfair recruitment practices continue to block qualified candidates from opportunities they deserve. 🔍 Fair recruitment isn’t just the right thing to do—it’s the SMART thing to do.

As we step into a new month, our mission remains unchanged—to challenge bias in recruitment and create equal opportunities for all. Discrimination in recruitment is real! Join us in making recruitment fair! 🚀 discrimination.watch

🚨 Age should be an asset, not a barrier. Research suggests that older applicants receive fewer callbacks than younger candidates, highlighting how age prejudice is distorting career progressions in a significant way. 🔎 Join the movement, lets make it FAIR. #MakeItFair

Recruitment should be based on skills, talent, and potential—not bias. But discrimination in recruitment is still a reality. That’s why Discrimination Watch is taking action with the Recruitment Discrimination Index (RDI)—a tool that uncovers and eliminates bias in hiring. 🚀
