On or about 2/6 @Mailchimp's system broke. All sent emails with buttons/links pointed to 401 pages b/c of some backend issue. They made no announcement, said nothing, & quitely tried to fix the issue. Now you know. #DigitalMarketing

. @WebsterBank rollout of new app one of the biggest technical failures I've experienced as a consumer. Leaving bank as a result. Not a joke. Can't login without web login, deposit not working, UI sux, no fingerprint login. You actually made the CX much worse.
