Good night all.

BIG FACT: The man who controls his mornings owns his life.

A Tamil Nadu-based influencer asked his followers to send him sweets and gifts, even sharing his QR code. But things got WAY out of hand. His followers reportedly sent him goods worth ₹1 CRORE on cash on delivery, including fridges, electronics, boxes of sweets and all kinds of random stuff. But one person decided that even this wasn’t enough and reportedly ordered a MILITARY TANK for him. 💀 Bro asked for gifts and got an entire logistics nightmare. 😭😂

3 patterns that can help you grow in life: 1. The Rule of 100: Spend 100 hours a year learning a skill. That’s just 18 minutes a day. Consistent practice can put you ahead of many people who never start. 2. The 5-Year Framework: Your future self is shaped by the books you read, the habits you build, and the people you spend time with today. 3. The 25/5 Method: List 25 goals you want to achieve this year. Pick your top 5 and focus on them first. Put the remaining 20 aside until you make meaningful progress on your priorities. Small daily actions. Clear priorities. Long-term growth.

If you have a floating-rate home loan, pay attention. The RBI has raised the repo rate from 5.25% to 5.50%. What does this mean for your loan? Suppose you borrowed ₹1 crore for 20 years at 7.5%. • EMI: ₹80,559 • Total interest: ₹93.34 lakh At 7.75%, your numbers change: • EMI: ₹82,095 • Total interest over 20 years: ₹97.03 lakh That's just ₹1,536 extra per month if you keep the same tenure. But what if you keep your EMI unchanged? Your loan tenure increases to around 20 years and 11 months, and total interest rises to approximately ₹1.02 crore. That's about ₹5.2 lakh more interest than increasing your EMI. The takeaway: If you can comfortably afford the higher EMI, keeping the original tenure could save you money. Check your bank's interest-rate reset date and repayment options before making a decision.
