SCOTUS failed to strike down Biden’s unconstitutional mandate on healthcare workers, using BS reasoning that the law doesn’t *explicitly* say healthcare workers can’t be fired for their vax status. So I just wrote a bill making it explicit: No Mandates for Healthcare Workers Act
@DanCrenshawTX According to the Constitution, SCOTUS decides what passes constitutional muster, not the US Rep from the 1st district of Texas. Sorry to rain in your parade.
@DanCrenshawTX Funny how Healthcare employers are firing unvaccinated yet get help from fema docs and medical staff that are not required to be vaccinated...weird.
@DanCrenshawTX Health care is one of those fields where vaccines of all sorts should be mandatory. The SCOTUS rightfully shot down the citizen mandate though and I think they got both of these right. Let’s take the W and maybe try to lower inflation or work on 100 other broken things.
@DanCrenshawTX Hey Dan… no reasonable person wants to go to hospital and be treated by people who can spread a deadly virus. That should not be hard to understand.
@DanCrenshawTX That’s like pissing in the wind Dan. It’s DOA. CMS has mandated flu vaccines for healthcare workers for years. So there is precedence.
@DanCrenshawTX Obviously it wasn’t unconstitutional!
@DanCrenshawTX Was the bill called “DON’T QUESTION MY FAITH!”
@DanCrenshawTX You’re still going to lose! No amount of back peddling will stop it.
@DanCrenshawTX Good for you, now write another one where you can limit or ban members of Congress trade stocks…
