Since the pandemic started, ten U.S. men doubled their collective wealth from $750 billion to $1.5 trillion. They pay a lower tax rate than the middle class. We just sent 5 million kids into poverty by taking away the child tax credit to "save" $60 billion. Billionaire tax now.

@DanPriceSeattle Let’s call it the American opportunity tax. It recognizes that these folks would not be billionaires without all of the tremendous opportunities they’ve been given in life by living here in this country.
@DanPriceSeattle Tax the super-rich. Why is this such a hard decision?
@DanPriceSeattle It's so sick the lower income and middle class are the only ones paying taxes
@DanPriceSeattle That was extra food on the table for me and I have custody of my 4 year old grandson. At 22,000 retirement and after bills and mortgage there's not much left. It was a blessing for a little bit more.
@DanPriceSeattle It is somewhat amazing how there are a million facts sitting in front of our faces & yet we are turning away from so many & pretending they aren’t telling us what we all know they are. We’re so screwed.
@DanPriceSeattle Don’t forget the big rich companies buying up all the housing, pricing out middle class families and first time home buyers.
@DanPriceSeattle Don't forget one of the major reasons these billionaires were able to double their wealth, a big thank you needs to go to Jay Powell, the @federalreserve and their never ending QE @NorthmanTrader
@DanPriceSeattle We keep paying an obscene amount in taxes on money we supposedly earned but never ever saw. Meanwhile the corporations and Uber rich are paying next to nothing and I am kinda sick of it. EVERY SINGLE time it comes close to changing socialism gets screamed. And nothing changes.
