@ShadowSerpent9 I am not saying all women are liars, you are the one generalizing here. All I am talking about here is this one specific case. Oh and trust me, I would fucking die for my wife. You know literally nothing about me and yet you are here assuming all kinds of stuff.

@ShadowSerpent9 @SilentPrune @stevenspohn @Twitch Quoting: “I have not been sexually assaulted, assuming a catcalling is not a sexual assault”

@ShadowSerpent9 @SilentPrune @stevenspohn @Twitch Again, what constitutes a sexual assault? The definition is different for everyone. I was touched by women “without consent”. Would I consider it a sexual assault? No. If man did the same to you, would you consider that a sexual assault? Just so we establish a baseline.

@SilentPrune @ShadowSerpent9 @stevenspohn @Twitch And btw should quote her: “if I was raped I would immidiately report it and try to provide as much evidence as possible instead of waiting and being buddies with my rapist. So the whole scenario would never happen.” Hope that answers your question about what my wife thinks.

@ShadowSerpent9 @stevenspohn @Twitch I still don’t understand why a women in my life should be worried? I have a wife, plenty of female friends in my close circle and 3 female employees? Why exactly should all they be worried?

@ShadowSerpent9 @stevenspohn @Twitch *proven false accusations. You know how many false accusations are never discovered? Simply because the woman is automatically believed and the man has no way to defend himself in this situation? Especially if the assault allegation comes later?

@ShadowSerpent9 @stevenspohn @Twitch You know why? Because the definition of sexual assault is so wide that *some* women consider even an off-hand comment from a man as sexual assault. I don’t know any women in my circle to be actually sexually assaulted. Harassed? Sure, pretty common unfortunately but no assault.

@SilentPrune @ShadowSerpent9 @stevenspohn @Twitch And again, I am not saying the guys did not act like assholes in this, but both sides were drunk and on substances. If we were to stretch arguments, we could say that maybe she raped them then as neither of them could provide a sufficient consent under the circumstances.

@SilentPrune @ShadowSerpent9 @stevenspohn @Twitch Explain then why the woman after the supposed rape held a cordial conversation with at least one of those supposed rapists and said that she “enjoyed being with them”, wanted to “party with them again just without 5 billion men” and explicitly stated that nothing illegal happened

@ShadowSerpent9 @stevenspohn @Twitch Why? It is becoming far too common for women to accuse men of rape after they start regretting the encounter. How many lives were ruined because a woman made up some rape story that the guy couldn’t in any way disprove? Women are still overwhelmingly believed in stories like this

@eddib17 @machcoder Exactly why I said I “wish” Apple did that because funnily enough, I saw today few posts going semi-viral citing this exact issue to be a specific iPhone 18 Pro problem. Shit like this spreads and if Apple feels it might hurt sales, they might act. Wouldn’t be first to do that.

@eddib17 @machcoder So you totally did not exploit the software bug that has been going around twitter for the last week and then pretend it’s the fault of the phone itself. Right.

@machcoder @eddib17 Simply a trade libel. By intentionally misleading public into thinking that the phone is at fault without disclosing that this behavior must be triggered by the user by performing certain non standard actions would be a ground for a lawsuit. Btw. Not American but nice try
