Here’s 3 key lessons about marketing apps I’ve learned since starting (not common) Distribution is everyone’s bottleneck 1) Focus on building an organic content machine (system of creators /ai) before moving onto paid ads. 2) Scale your team as fast as you can. As a founder you probably spend more time doing outreach than actually making content 3) Focus all your features around virality. Virality drives views not being “aesthetic” or satisfying This all came from one piece of content doing well 👇

Do the boring work • Writing content. • Posting everyday. • Having sales conversations. You can't skip the boring. Because it's the part where you make the most money as an entrepreneur.

3) Build Financial Freedom: -Pick one problem -Sell one solution -Work on it for 2 hour a day (minimum) -Aggressively invest into a stock portfolio / real estate
2) STOP doing the wrong things: -Sleeping Late -Drinking alcohol / smoking -Scrolling - cut out all cheap dopamine -Waiting for the right moment & procrastinating
Never apologize for being obsessed. Stay in the gym for three hours. Pull an all-nighter for your business. Read your new book the entire day. Positive obsession is a gift, not a behavior to be suppressed.
