@virginmedia not even been with you a week, you were supposed to transfer our landline number to the new account but failed to do so, resulting in loosing the number my parents have had for 32 years. This was also in the precontractual agreement and you offer £20 as compensation.

@virginmedia No, this was deactivated after Wednesday, if your staff would have done as they said on Tuesday, we wouldn’t have this issue, and as previously stated, keeping the number was in the pre contractual agreement, which you have broken... you had a month to arrange this but failed

@virginmedia We also rang on Tuesday to ask why the number wasn’t transferred and customer service advised it wasn’t organised and she’d do it there and then for us, but clearly didn’t, the number was still active on Wednesday and if she would have done her job then all would be fine

@McDonaldsUK I contacted customer services through your app, explaining an issue regarding two transactions I made which didn’t go through to the store but payment has been taken from my bank account, however I received a irrelevant response on how the app works, please help!
