Voting based on candidate is how dictators gain power initially. Ideology is the only wise way to vote, because policy follows ideology. Look beyond the candidates and into what they stand for. Then ask if you really want that ideology for yourself and your family.

I read an article in The Epoch Times today, in which Mark Zuckerberg stated regret over censoring COVID 19 posts. He also stated the censoring came from pressure by President Biden's office. Zuckerberg also said he's prepared to resist future federal censoring efforts. Good.

I read an article in Newsday that said there were almost 600 noncitizens who either voted recently, or registered to vote, in Ohio. That's illegal. Furthermore, Ohio has removed over 160,00 registrations that have been inactive for 4 years or longer. newsday.com/news/nation/oh…

I watched the first debate between Trump and Biden. It was like watching a scene from Grumpy Old Men. It might have been amusing if it wasn't a presidential debate. As it stands, our choices are bad, and worse. Either way, the USA may be screwed. I was embarrassed for us.

It seems the word "disinformation" is the leftist buzzword for "We don't approve of what you are saying." It's a very anti-free speech paradigm that surrounds this word. It's dismissive of the speaker, and has great potential for abuse and manipulation of opinion. Be wary of it.
