Every project feels embarrassing at v1. Too many rough edges, too many things you wish you had time to polish. But every time I ship early, I end up learning 10x faster than when I wait for ‘perfect.’ Cringe is part of the process. Ship anyway.

I guess one of the best niche out there for Indie Hacker is SaaS builders and founders. You can literally sell anything to them, analytics, users retention, marketing, socials networks presence, email services, courses,.. "When everyone is rushing for gold, sell shovels !"

Cool little hack I set up (about a month ago): using Cloudflare to redirect emails from my custom domain into Gmail. Instead of setting up a full mail server, I just: - pointed MX records to Cloudflare - added a simple routing rule - told it to forward everything to my Google…

I used to think building a product was 90% coding. Turns out it’s: 30% coding 30% deleting code 30% convincing yourself it’s worth it 10% shipping before you overthink it. That last 10% is what actually changes things.

Unpopular opinion : While I totally agree I prefer using any website with Dark mode, I would recommend to all SaaS founder to work first on their killer feature than on those "nice to have" features (Language, Theme toggle, etc.)

GPT-5 Codex in VSCode Copilot is mind blowing. Very intelligent and follows strictly what I ask I deliver so much value on my project with it right now, are you guys using it ?

I tried Comet but its not really it yet. Maybe I lacked some configurations on the browser, but I felt limited in the browsing the web experience Did you guys tried it already ?
