We’re expecting the biggest influx of immigrants tonight. There’s 6 dinghy’s all together with around 200 migrants in each including children. 2 have died in the water already but this will be the biggest influx of migrants since 2020 500 came yesterday and there’s now roughly just over 1000 coming in today. It seems to be escalating by the day.
I’m old enough to remember that if an 11 year old went missing, it would be headline news. If they were found dead, it would be running news 24/7 on every television news slot and every UK newspaper for days or weeks. Now it’s just an afterthought. Barely mentioned, if at all.
