@FedExHelp You said I would have answers 24-48 hours. That has passed. And my support ticket is not recognized by the website. The website keeps crashing when I try to make a claim.

@FedExHelp You lost 4 out of 5 packages that I’ve sent, and they are marked as delivered. You keep changing the status of my complaint to resolved. No one will help me. Security cameras prove that only 1 package of the 5 was delivered. I need assistance!

@1800flowershelp what has happened to this company? Your customer service has gotten horrendous. You missed my friend’s birthday. You said you called me to tell me, and I have the voicemail saved and it doesn’t say that. What happens now?

@TMobile you have throttled my data overseas. I have made this trip previously and never had these problems. This is ridiculous.

@Etsy I believe I was scammed. I ordered a custom bobblehead, and they sent me a letter via USPS saying the bobblehead is coming. So on Etsy, it has been marked as ‘delivered’. It obviously has not. Please help!

@LinkedIn Why allow free access to courses through a library, yet not give us our personal certificate of completion? An empty certificate proves nothing. #linkedinlearning

@Grubhub_Care Order #283822434968784. The problem was that we ordered 2 naan and 2 sides of rice, and we got one of each. It wasn’t a huge deal, but we sat down to watch a movie and then discovered it. I’m just hoping I can be refunded for those 2 missing items. Thanks!
