@TslShahir @googlegemma Okay, good to know and looking forward to it.
@poteto Just got my sub, but currently getting this error message when trying to merge accounts.
@OpenBMB A 1B that runs on a phone is the part I noticed. Will test this one out locally and give my thoughts on it.
@itsolelehmann I pretty much have the same bots just with extra ones for vibecoding. Hard agree with how seamless it feels, especially on mobile.
@NotionHQ I read all seven. The shared memory one is the only setup I would steal. I currently don't have much use for Notion yet but these ideas are great and I can see solid usecases for each.
@poteto Seems like the main issue here is the mentality because I implemented the codebase as memory part and I have never felt this way. Think slop probably comes from a reactive mindset and indicates a lack of agency. Slop code can also be refactored into good code.
Ran Falcon-ASR on TII's free demo (60s cap, no sign-in). TII says 5.74% word error rate on English. Built for Arabic and English, I only tested English. Two clips, talked vs typed on my phone: To-do list: 15s talking + 3.2s transcribe, zero fixes. Typing: 1:03. About 45s saved. Shift handoff note: 20s talking + 3.2s + 5s fixing. Typing: 1:48. About 80s saved. Every number and day came out right in both. It tripped on shop words: AOI became "AOW," "short two" became "short to." Keep for talking notes instead of typing them. Read it once for jargon.
@poteto Can confirm the fix worked for me 🥔
@TheGeorgePu Yeah I relate to this, feels like a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be in the space right now.
@theo A burn dashboard is a great idea. Need to set up something similar to track my usage rate to figure which tokens to prioritize.
Ran Liquid AI open d1-3B on its free Ask Anything demo. Held a packing slip to my webcam, asked 3 yes/no questions. It answered live, every frame. More than one item: yes, 95%. Order date 2024: yes, 93%. UPS: yes, 97%. All right. Keep for quick yes/no checks.
@SawyerMerritt @theXtakeover @bot I never expected her to speak at an event like this, but she's not wrong about Grok Bot.
@tenobrus Haiku 5.5 is so cheap and feels better than Luna after using it for a few days so I have to agree with the fact that it seems more capable for working on 1k+ files.
Ran Claude Haiku 5.5 on free Claude.ai. Shift handoff note into 3 detailed action items. By hand, 4 min. Haiku, 2.4s plus 3.2s to read it. Saved about 3 min 54 sec. Prompt: turn this handoff note into 3 action items, plain language, no fluff. Keep for handoff notes you'd write out in full or any small simple tasks you need done.
@MiaAI_lab @bot Breaking the job into small tasks for the local model is the part I would keep. I run Grok Bots daily and this means I can stop running Hermes and all-in on bots.
