What can you get that’s warm and toasty at Warwick Parkway, chilled at Banbury and frozen at London Marylebone?

@chilternrailway shockingly poor communication. Have been sat at Banbury since 6.10 and not a single announcement on the train yet clearly you knew there was an issue. Those of us travelling to Leamington or Warwick could have travelled on the XC service that left 15 mins ago

@GWRHelp Hello I think your ticketing system is down? I have tried buying a ticket via the app, on the website and using an iPhone and a laptop. Whichever I try the system hangs at payment stage

Is it really the case @networkrail @chilternrailway and @GWRHelp that engineering works have been scheduled which close 2 out of 3 routes from the Midlands simultaneously this week? Thanks for co-ordinating and thinking about passengers…..

@CrossCountryUK 4 journeys this week. BHI to MAN return and LMS to YRK return. 1st class. Ticket cost £300+. Catering (drinks) 2 legs out of 4. Food offer 0 legs out of 4. Yet revenue (ticket) checks 6 legs out of 4 with crew changes. Be honest. It’s not good enough.

@chilternrailway No. I have tried on my phone and my iPad both of which are private. The error code is E00328. I also tried Trainline which said no tickets available despite advertising them. And buying in the morning at the station will be more expensive

@SangitaMyska @LBC A bad policy is not validated by the claim that ‘this is what voters want’. Government requires much more than that. Or at least it used to.

@HighwaysWMIDS Perfect demonstration of misunderstanding. There were no “roadworks” on the M6 southbound between J6 and J5 so this doesn’t wash. All you needed was : “Sorry we should have given a warning that the M6 south was essentially closed from J6 so drivers could find alternative routes”

@HighwaysWMIDS 2/2 Sat night, just 11pm but delays over an hour. Drivers lost patience, drove through red gantry signs before merging at the actual lane closures 2 miles on. No Police anywhere and “Traffic Officer” watched from the hard shoulder. Please explain. Doubt you will.

@HighwaysWMIDS 1/2 Stunning management this evening M6 south J6-J5. No gantry warnings on Aston Expressway or entry to M6 south. Then lanes 2 & 3 closed, plus hard shoulder. Only lane 1 for 3 miles before roadworks. Then….NO ROADWORKS on M6 south.
