Today marks one year of being out. Itās been an absolutely crazy year filled with so many ups and downs but I finally feel completely and authentically myself š. I have received so much love and support from family and friends (some I anticipated, some I didnāt)#FaithfullyLGBT

I often think about one specific prayer I said as a 10-year-old, asking God to keep a āsecretā between the two of us. Obviously, God knows everything, so it wasnāt like I could hide it from Him. But I could hide it from [most] of my friendsā¦from my family.
