Lean into resistance. If you hate squatting with a burning passion than you should do squats. If you hate waking up early you should wake up early, if you hate cold email outreach to prospective clients then that’s exactly what you should do. A good metric is your resistance.

Sweat when your mind is all over the place. Put on a garbage bag as a t shirt and put a heavy jacket over it (little wrestling tip) run on a treadmill for 20 mins. Your mind will be clearer than you can imagine in a very short time.

Understanding an avatar for a piece of copy comes from two things. Demographic analysis, and Psychographic analysis, Demographic is who they are, what car they drive etc. Psychographics is what they feel, what they think, and what they fear. both are essential.

I meditated for the first time today. Just counted in my head and imagined my consciousness went into each body part. I’ve never meditated and I have to say my mind feels clearer than it has in a long time. Focus and concentration are your most valuable assets use them wisely.

I’m about to break your brain... Practice does NOT make perfect.Practice makes permanent. If you practice poorly for a long time you will just get better at being bad. Perfect practice is required to make it perfect, permanently. You can do this by copying greats, and going slow.
