BREAKING A surrogate mother is fighting to save the baby boy she’s carrying. His life is at stake. McKenna, a single mother in Alaska, became a surrogate to bring her family extra income and help another family have a baby. She applied to Worldwide Surrogacy, was matched with a couple, and became pregnant with a baby boy she calls Gabriel. Everything went smoothly at first… At the 20-week anatomy scan, doctors noticed there was no blood flow through the left side of Gabriel’s heart. A specialist diagnosed him with hypoplastic left heart syndrome (HLHS)—a treatable condition. Shortly after the diagnosis, Gabriel’s intended parents requested McKenna abort him. McKenna scheduled appointments at abortion facilities out of state. But she didn’t want to do it… "Every time I thought about having to show up at the clinic, I was hysterical, and I couldn't picture myself reacting or feeling any other way. So I was really scared of how I would view myself as a woman and a mother, how I'd be able to come home to my kids after participating in something like that. But I didn't have the means to be sued over this. I'm a single mom. I can't afford lawyers to fight this. I felt I had no other option, no way out. It was just a horrible feeling." Baby Gabriel would have been killed in a D&E abortion—brutally dismembered with metal forceps, limb from limb. Thankfully, McKenna’s brother stepped in, promising that he would care for McKenna, her children, and even Gabriel. She cancelled the abortion procedure. McKenna got in touch with @LilaGraceRose, and was connected with doctors willing to care for Gabriel after birth. But Gabriel’s intended parents have NOT agreed for him to receive ANY treatment. In fact, they’re suing McKenna for not aborting Gabriel. This precious child is in danger. McKenna is 35 weeks pregnant, preparing to give birth, and has filed for custody to ensure Gabriel receives treatment. "I want to fight for him because he deserves that chance…There's no guarantee; there's not a guarantee with anything. But he deserves a chance of living life outside of my womb. I just really pray he gets that opportunity." McKenna is working with lawyers trying to protect baby Gabriel’s life, but a California court may be able to dictate where she gives birth and which medical team treats her. McKenna and baby Gabriel are victims of the surrogacy industry—which blatantly treats women and babies as commodities instead of humans. Baby Gabriel MUST be given his chance at life. Some stories change you forever. This is probably the wildest and most bizarre pregnancy story I’ve ever been up close and personal enough to witness. A total mind blow on so many levels. In January, I received a phone call from a doctor who said he couldn’t think of anyone else who might be able to help besides me. He asked me if I knew the rights of surrogate mothers when it comes to abortion. At the time, I was visiting Focus on the Family, and even the women I was with were stunned by the situation I was told about. A young surrogate mother named Hannah was over five months pregnant with a baby girl when she came under immense pressure to abort after a prenatal diagnosis. While the condition was serious, it was treatable and very fixable — and her life had value no matter what challenges she might face. But because baby Ivy was viewed as less than perfect in the eyes of those pursuing the surrogacy, they wanted the pregnancy terminated. Instead, Hannah chose courage. Despite unbelievable pressure, she refused to abort Ivy. She stood firm in protecting, defending, and advocating for this little girl’s life. The ladies at Focus on the Family gave me the number for Angie at Alliance Defending Freedom, and the rest, as they say, is history. Thankfully, legal help was provided — but the emotional, physical, and financial burdens on this young family remain enormous. But Hannah and her husband didn’t stop at refusing abortion. In an extraordinary act of love, they are now preparing to adopt the very child others wanted aborted — a baby girl with no biological connection to them at all. Their decision has come with tremendous cost: medical expenses, prolonged hospital stays, lost work time, and overwhelming financial pressure simply because they chose to protect a child’s life. This fundraiser is a personal effort to stand beside them in one of the darkest and bravest moments of their lives. Every gift helps bring stability to a family who chose life when it could cost them everything. Every gift says: her life is worth defending. I truly believe God chose this young mother for such a time as this. David can still defeat Goliath. Baby Ivy underwent open heart surgery last Friday. I’m the executive director of a pregnancy center and we have a post abortive healing study we offer called “Surrendering the Secret”. I’m not post abortive, but I have so many dear friends who are. I recently walked along side a sweet lady whose child would be my age that she aborted. It was incredible to witness the transformation in her life over that 8 week study. I highly encourage anyone who’s experienced abortion to go through healing program. Your voice is the most powerful voice out there to advocate for the preborn, and being healed makes it even more powerful. 💕

I’m watching all types of individuals and influencers speak out against ICE who haven’t had anything to say about politics or culture since 2020. Many of these are people who identify as Christians, and even conservatives. And I just want to know: why do you only speak out against perceived injustices when Trump is in office? Why is your public outrage exclusively dictated by Democrats? I have a long list of injustices that have occurred when Republicans were not in charge on which I would’ve loved your voices to weigh in: the slaughter of babies in the womb, the attacks on pregnancy centers after Roe was overturned, the brutalizing of gender-confused children, the soft-on-crime policies that have killed innocent people like Iryna Zarutzka, the preventable murder of Americans like Laken Riley, or the poor migrant children abandoned in the desert by coyotes, thanks to liberal border policy. You considered all of these things too “divisive” or “political” and chose to say nothing. Many of you were silent when Charlie was murdered, or even added “nuance” to the aftermath by calling him racist or refuting his martyrdom. If you’ve been consistent on all of these, great. But if you find that you’ve only tuned in and spoken out when Trump is in office and the liberal media is driving the narrative, you should ask yourself if you really care about justice for the vulnerable, or if you’re only willing to speak up when it’s popular to do so.
