@JambaKanchan @i3masterminds Oh puhleez! Armed forces rotate (postings in the lingo) their officers every 3 years. And then too they can request for retention of the quarter so that their kids don't change in the middle of the year. So 5 changes before class 1 is a flight of fancy my friend.

Need your help to protect my data privacy since crif seems to lord over others data and seems happy to let any of its paying business customers access others data with or without valid reasons. Only respite is the sms they send out which warns me everytime this happens.

@RBI there's something wrong with governance at @CRIF_India. They seem to let every Tom n Dick to pull anyone's credit report! I have escalated this to them on multiple occasions with 0 results. Every month someone or the other pulls my credit report for no reasons.

@TRAI Suddenly I realised why you are at loggerheads with Truecaller on their spam categorization. It's a systematic dark pattern on every site. What you find legitimate are basically all pure spam! When the guardian let's the guard down the wolves will prey...

@TRAI However, each report is closed as Not promotional in Nature! Is it any surprise that spam calls continue unabated? Does any audit happens on how the telecom providers are dealing with these complaints? They have colluded as these commercial connections are a revenue source too!

@TRAI all these years I used to diligently report spam and sales calls through DND app. Never knew how they were being closed. With the new app I get to see the closure status now. Thanks for that meaningful update.

@CESCLimited Here I must note that it's a locked house for which nothing more than a min bill should be the norm but my bill jumps up every month! After my last complain my bill fell to 200 rupees for the previous cycle but has jumped back to 300 rupees again! A pattern is clearly visible.

@CESCLimited there is something hugely wrong with your billing pattern. It's designed to incrementally jack up the bill. I have enough data now to say this spread over 2 years for a closed house. Every month you add a few additional units to the bill. Suggest a remedy.

@CESCLimited I'm not sure what kind of priority we are talking about. The lady I spoke with pushed the onus on me and said get your line checked. We can't do anything. And you have no such service, neither any authorised org whose report you agree with. So what does that leave me with?

@CESCLimited What are my remedies here since you refuse to listen to what looks like a very clear case of manipulation in my bill? Can I escalate this beyond your 1st level? The entire building had new wiring, earthing and new distribution box installed last year. Prob persists unabated!

@CESCLimited Let me put it bluntly. I told you that your entire billing system needs to be examined. There are enough tell-tale signs like pattern jumps every month, sudden reset to a min bill last month after I complained and again back to a high bill this month. Yet you ignore all that.

@CESCLimited Within 1 month it's back to ₹300. Almost like you are chasing a target and last month's setback needs to be filled up. A 100 rupees jump in a month for a locked house! What are you guys trying to achieve here?

@CESCLimited After my last complaint things followed a pattern. An inspection was done, official line given was everything is fine while field inspector called separately to say might have been some issue but should be fine now. Bill predictably went down to ₹200.

@flipkartsupport The whole concern stems from that chat with us bot. It keeps repeating inane things when it fails to understand the context. So essentially you asked me to DM and now after ignoring those you again want me to chat with that bot. Is this how FK now runs its business? 0 redressal!

@Flipkart what's the point of withdrawing all call based support when your stupid bot just keeps responding over n over with the some irrelevant stuff? You can run a smalltime business like that but not something this big woth 0 voice support! You will loose business.

@Flipkartsupport @Flipkart What is the point of asking people to send you a DM when you studiously ignore those even after repeated follow ups? Is it just to take the issue off the public visibility? In the last 24 plus hours you have not even bothered to acknowledge my DMs!

@UCOBankOfficial has a peculiar system. If 1 of the 2 joint account holders passes away they refuse to update the details but suggest to close and reopen a new account! Weird... Change of acnt# be damned!

@UCOBankOfficial I have been following up in this regard with you for a long time now. To this date you have not provided me a solution and my issue continues to stay as is. I have lodged online, mailed you, spoke with you. Must be why UCO is in such a bad shape. This is really unbelievable!

@carandbike @_bajaj_auto_ltd @carandbikehindi Unless they have changed their service frequency to something more reasonable it's futile. A 120 days/4 months service schedule is sheer madness!
