@British_Airways shameful customer service. We had multiple issues with our flights for our HONEYMOON & all you have done ignore my msgs & palm me off with a £50 voucher, as if I will fly with u again! Still waiting for a refund for faulty WiFi, no customer care at all!!

@British_Airways I have been emailing you since the end of October about a refund for wifi that did not work. 3rd Nov you said it had been processed and we have not had it. I want to speak to someone about my complaint on the phone. Not a robot who responds with the same repetitive answer.

@British_Airways You are literally a joke! I need to speak to someone on the phone about my complaint. Who can I call that isn't going to send me back to your website form.

@British_Airways As I said, I have already been messaging someone over and over. The customer service is atrocious. They tell me to call customer relations and when I call they send me back to your ridiculous back and forth messages where your colleagues reply like robots and don't read my msgs!

@British_Airways You're talking to me like I'm dumb. I have replied, we have had back and forth messages but they only respond to one thing I say and ignore everything else! Disgusting service! I want someone to call me.

@British_Airways That is the problem, I have been emailing and they don't read my emails properly and just palm me off with a voucher and that is not OK when we had 10 hrs of nothibgness because there was no entertainment! We travelled World Trav Plus instead of economy as it was our honeymoon!!!

@RoyalMail I am getting fed up with my mail being chucked over my fence. I have been home everyday for the past 3 months and not once has my mail man knocked on the door first. The other day he threw a poster tube over worth £50 and it was left in the rain It's not acceptable!
