@signatureglobal Just an advice, the plan of summer vacation in your apna ghar will only be possible if you buy a ready to move in property. Else keep on following up with these builders for completion. Grand iva 103 delayed, 6 months extension over, no connectivity of road from main gate.

Really pathetic. The sole purpose and mission behind 'housing for all' have been wasted. There's is no clarity on Maintenance Charges. Even after giving 4% commercial components to Builder and extra FAR, builder charges maintenance costs. No water connection, no sector road.
