@KKUMAR143065 That was not there when Disputed Structure at Ayodhya was demolished..... That was done against a Court Order

@LiveLawIndia His father/ uncle too was a Judge. Judicial History judged him to be a good judge.

We do not who all want him to be out. But, if some one is not good for the Country, it is natural that everyone will come forward to seek his removal. He must have become so notorious even outside. He brought the country to the brink of a full fledged war just 18 months ago? Was it a good prospect of India? That is why US President and other countries came forward to stop the War from escalating. Is it anyone's case that war would have brought happiness and prosperity to our country. Whoever went to the brink of war are not acting in national interest. Those who ever stopped it from escalating did a great saintly job for humanity. What would have been the justification for a wider war? Once we achieved our goals, why will someone continue war?

@KKUMAR143065 @PNirajnayan @DrSYQuraishi @KanwalSibal Dis connected sentences. Only point u made out is that u do not know a few facts. I agree Govt is redundant - no role to play. so It must go or be removed. ECI and Courts, anyway people are going. That is what we witness in Delhi every day for last one month.

@TweetShivangiii He looks beatiful

@Sudarsh05551379 @PNirajnayan @Raj161690Raj @yka55 @DrSYQuraishi @KanwalSibal I said people speak things without substance.... Speaking with substance is difficult than speaking without it....There r evidence and that is why many including me r before HCs and SC...I just placed it in my just previous post

Please read all the posts.... Issue is not giving enrollment forms to those shifted.......Not on checking documents..... Second issue is enrolling without checking residence.... Nothing of checking documents..... Third issue is enrolling people who did not give forms.....I gave evidence of my home and my neighbours....Then y u say, BLO not gazetted officer is the only issue? That is y I said be truthful to what u write.... Next issues are Form 6 even if given, name is not coming in Draft rolls....Next, Form 8 for shifted people at new place is rejected since they r already removed from data base since form not given at old place... Please try to understand issues well and then respond if possible

@Sudarsh05551379 @PNirajnayan @Raj161690Raj @yka55 @DrSYQuraishi @KanwalSibal Why u say, that my only point is BLO is not a gazetted Officer? Be truthful. Read full. Such a point was not at all raised

@PNirajnayan @Sudarsh05551379 @Raj161690Raj @yka55 @DrSYQuraishi @KanwalSibal Sad to see people escape without any coherent logic or evidence, when push come to shove

@Sudarsh05551379 @Raj161690Raj @yka55 @PNirajnayan @DrSYQuraishi @KanwalSibal Would be better if you could answer any of my replies in this chat

@PNirajnayan @PradSinha @DrSYQuraishi @KanwalSibal Same here. No stories and assumptions. Purely on Law and ECI's own documents.

Why not answer to points? Why u got idea of high technology, mind reader. Political leaning. We can be bhakths of some gods, Not of an ECI who sabotaged the Democracy. Power: Vast power under Article 324. When coming to constitutional Courts: BLOs who are not even a gazetted Officeer? Leanings towards Sangh does not mean we shall betray our democracy and offer Protection for unlawful activities. Sanghee or otherwise, we should be truthful to our Nation.

Answer to 2, 3 and 4. We are not speaking of outside the State. In each booth, each house hold is to be visited as ordered by ECI. Point is that it was not done. Only those homes where people were already registered were given forms, that too, in many cases without verification. People downloaded or collected and filed forms without even residing there. That happened all around my neighborhood. Many who lived for 8-10 years are not there Form 8 case, hope u know the case in Goa bench of HC. The family could not give form during enorlment phase. When Form 8 was given, his name already removed from the ECI portal as he did not submit form in the old place. Old place he did not give form as it will be false declaration to file forms there. Hence the WP there. ECI is trying to delay the hearing. HC was fuming on the ECI for forcing a person to give false Form 8 and Form 6. So, Please understand things a little more deep. I will assist you to understand. Do not go on a subjective assesment. Go on a law based, procedure based, Notification based criticism. Do Not Place burden on Electors and BLO when in consistencies are proved. I have not spoken anything about post draft roll stage now.

@PNirajnayan @PradSinha @DrSYQuraishi @KanwalSibal Answer to 5. EXisting voter did not mean existing voter in booth. It meant all existing voter in the State. Letters were issued to CEOs

Answer to Point. Point 6 and 7. Intensive revision is ECI/ ERO duty and not citizens duty. SIR specifically said not even one eligible person to be left. When people are in different states and countries, it is not possible for citizens to come and give details in a months time. If it was spread over an year or more, it was still possible. ECI had no time constraint to complete a job that was not done in 25 years to be completed in 1 month for giving and collecting forms. As stated in Order, the BLO should be instructed to collect forms from all who live in a booth, irrespective of whether he is already registered or not.

I am speaking of 10 Crores who were not given enrolment forms. Not on documentary deficiency after coming in draft rolls. They did not put a place to enrol people in new houses and apartments and new people who were not there earlier. What was done was a verification process of people without even checking if they actually reside or not

FAmily member is quite OK. I have no issue with forms given to family members. I got forms for my family. Our issue is not that Answer to the point. I said in my home peopel are added without giving the forms Neighbouring houses too people added without residing, they left more than 5 years back People actually staying are enrolled somewhere else

@Sudarsh05551379 @Raj161690Raj @yka55 @PNirajnayan @DrSYQuraishi @KanwalSibal Protesters are also working hard. It is everyone's duty to struggle for independence from anarchy. When ECI did anarchy and stole democratic rights, people will come on streets

@PNirajnayan @PradSinha @DrSYQuraishi @KanwalSibal Please be on evidence and process. Revolution is impossible only when we are bhed chaal
