In the future, before I buy anything or sign up for a service I’m going to check how easy it is to find a number to talk to a real C/S rep. Places bury it behind a forum, a FAQ, a bot and somewhere within this nesting doll is a number answered by someone angry you found them.

There’s something that occurs to a person after they pass 40, where they are no longer able to discern sounds in the real world from sounds on the radio. An ad with a siren will have me pulling over and locking my hands behind my head on reflex.
