$tggi So where did the 1,000,000,000 new shares come from? Aren’t they required to notify shareholders when new shares are issued from authorized shares? Or did this come out of Ren and Tang’s shares?

$tggi Hopefully they are more timely this go round with filings. The last time they filed NT-10Q was May 15th but the 10Q wasn’t filed until September 1st.

$tggi Should we just call it coincidence that the new board member works for a Brand Mgmt and Private Equity group in Shaanxi. Wasn’t there a seed company there that was speculated to merge with Tggi?

$tggi I wonder if this is the hold up. If the dealer team met the goal they would get ~3.6B shares of stock or 16% of TGGI. Share price on 3/31/2023 was $0.0021. Plus the time needed to do the audit, valuation and reorganization.

$tggi I would think that since the acquisition agreement for the other 66% is $ based as opposed to share based it would be in their interest to get the stock price as high as possible before Friday.

$tggi I think we will know a lot more after March 31, 2023. That is the sales deadline for the new entity mentioned in the last 8K. Hopefully we hear something before then though.
