真的不好而且不建議和身邊的人包括老師同學同事朋友透露自己是做v 別以為這樣能夠吸引到更加多的人 相反你是把自己放入私隱暴露的風險中 特別是當身邊有人不小心或者故意惡作劇把你的真實身份公開 現在的小孩真的要好好保護你自己

我是怎樣看情緒病呢其實和一般的生理病沒有分別 只是可能沒有明顯的傷口/症狀容易令人覺得是患者自己沒辦法控制自己 甚至乎會妖魔法當時人 會用一些負面的標籤針對對方 也堅持覺得對方一生人都是會“發瘋” 抑鬱不是不開心 焦慮不是害怕 輕生念頭不是威脅對方 自殘不是抖M 香港需要對這方面有更強的教育
