everyone always asks "are you okay?" for the sake of asking but no one really cares enough to see through the all "i'm fine just tired" lies
There are two reasons why people don’t talk about things; either it doesn’t mean anything to them, or it means everything.
have you ever really wanted to ask a question, but you didn't because you knew in your heart that you wouldn't be able to handle the answer?
I feel myself changing. I don't laugh the same anymore, I don't smile the same, or talk the same. I'm just so tired and mentally exhausted.
the ones who notice the storms in your eyes, the silence in your voice, and the heaviness in your heart are the ones you need to let in
i like clingy. i'd rather have someone who blows up my phone and shows they care than someone who texts back 12 hours later
but what if tomorrow you notice my flaws and imperfections and don't look at me the same way you did today
and after a while, you either forget it or get so used to the pain that you just don't feel it anymore.
Nothing annoys me more when someone expects you to be okay with something they wouldn't be ok with if you did it.
don't trust too much don't love too much don't hope too much that simple too much can hurt you so much.
once you've been hurt, you get scared to get attached again, because you're always thinking everyone you love will always end up hurting you
does anyone else find it crazy that you can be so depressed & no one in your life seems to notice? like you're drowning & they're oblivious
i always act like i'm fine and everyone thinks i'm okay, but when the lights are off and i'm all alone. that's when my tears start to fall
every night i think about all the mistakes i’ve made and how much i regret making those decisions because my life could have been different.
u gotta understand that i'll never be the type to beg u to stay. if u decide to leave, i'll be sad but i won't chase u. i'll just let u go.
i overthink a lot, i'm sensitive and clingy but i really do try my hardest to be good enough so i'm sorry if it's not enough.
depression is when you don’t really care about anything. anxiety is when you care too much, and over think everything, having both is hell.
