Really fantastic to see that our MindSpace programme has extended to Chesterfield 😀💙 MindSpace is funded entirely through donations so we couldn’t do it without our fabulous fundraisers! ⬇️⬇️⬇️
New MindSpace location! We’re so excited to be starting a new walk and talk group at Queens Park, Chesterfield. We will meet fortnightly on a Thursday morning at 10.30am, our starting point will be the bandstand (pictured) and then we’ll plan our gentle stroll from there.
I keep telling my team that it’s my dream to have a dog friendly office one day! 💙🐶 But I think I need to widen my horizons for fear of excluding the cat community! 🐱💙

Hugely important. Stifling emotions can very often be a basis for poor #mentalhealth. Not only do we need to get more comfortable with feeling our own emotions, we need to be more accepting of the emotions of others. It’s ok to have, and show, emotion! 💙💙💙
