@TicketmasterCS when can we expect a solution to transferring tickets in the NFL One Pass app ahead of this Sunday’s Vikings-Browns game? I have had the following error for the past 3 days. I am using the app on an iPhone

What is the point in putting the NFL UK tickets through this dumbass app. What was wrong with an email and an apple (or google) wallet link. Why fix what isn’t broken??? @NFLUKIRE @TicketmasterUK

@TicketmasterCS @TicketmasterUK @NFLUKIRE come on guys you need to get this app issue sorted. These tickets cost a lot of money and I shouldn't be worried about trying to access my own tickets because you can't get your app working, less than 4 days before the event!

@Ticketmaster how can you charge me 3 times for tickets, not even do what I requested and then to tell me I have to wait for 3 to 5 business days for someone to call me back? I don’t have $1K to just let this charge sit on my CC. This might be the worst customer service!!
