It is unacceptable to impose Uniform in govt Colleges and universities in UP. There is no Uniform in top colleges across India like IITs,NITs,IIITs,IIMs and central universities.They should have freedom to wear what other students are wearing @anandibenpatel @ugc_india @UPGovt
