Are you getting enough rest? Rest comes in different forms Sleeping more is not enough Many people who are stressed or burnt out can sleep more & not get any sense of recovery Make sure you’re getting the right type of rest 🪫
Stop making assumptions or judging people based on salary, job title or education (or how they look!) Judge based on actions, approach, behaviours and attitudes People have many skills & can give so much more when you stop treating them as a label or putting them in a box🏷
Even when the tide is against you & the waves you’re tackling are high, keep on swimming and moving forward. Things will calm down again. Don’t give up. 🐠
