@praiadagra We think we’ve fixed the issue, which was server-related. Could you please try to login again? No need to update the app.

@macman222 Yes, there are issues with Thessa and the fifth beta of iOS 9, in particular.

@macman222 Hi! Do you happen to use iOS 9 beta?

@joey4tuna we’re confident that Apple will fix the issue before iOS 9 goes final.

@joey4tuna apps will fail to make secure connections to servers with certain configurations. It’s a known issue in iOS 9 beta 5.

@joey4tuna Hi Joey, are you using an iOS 9 beta? Later versions contain a bug that prevent signing in.

@praiadagra @FloridaLegal are you having login issues with Thessa for Mac as well?

@kfinkbiner the latest beta introduced connection issues to Nest’s login servers. Hopefully the next beta will address this.

@FloridaLegal @praiadagra We’ll have to wait for the next beta that hopefully solves some connection issues.

@praiadagra We had similar issues with the latest iOS 9 beta (previous betas were fine). We’re hoping the next beta will solve the problem.
