@Walmart #WalmartContest Hoping I can upgrade my setup for school
I'm just hoping the confidence stays as I progress further. The biggest hurdle I am having is fighting the perfectionist in me, if it is not 100% perfect I can't move on. Not finished yet but should be done tomorrow, wish me luck! :D
Day #6 of #100DaysOfCode Working on my first project on freecodecamp where I have to create a survey form from scratch. As I work on the project I realize I am getting more confident with my coding and w3schools has been my best friend haha
Something I learned was that there is an attribute selector for css which selects the element based on the given attribute value. I thought that was pretty neat and can be pretty helpful for when you're trying to target some values for css
Day 5 of #100daysofcodechallenge I worked on this form on freecode camp. It's really helping me get a better understand of what I was lacking when it comes to css.
Day 4 of #100daysofcodechallenge I made these markers using CSS on freecodecamp. Really helped me get a better understanding of the different color values I knew about rgb/rgba and hex but I never knew about hsl/hsla
It's funny how things work sometimes. My fiance and I always wanted a kitten but it never felt like the right time for us. I heard a noise on our patio and saw this little girl waiting for us.
@MackensieJack I'm obsessed with this! It looks so good!
@Gojoesthetics The project you did looks really good! I know exactly how you feel with studying and practicing. I believe as long as you're consistent you'll be fine! Consistency is key 🔐. Try not to be too hard and always appreciate the accomplishments
Today is my first day into my #100DaysOfCode challenge! Ive been coding for sometime now but I always had a problem with consistency. So to keep myself consistent I'm going to try this challenge out wish me luck 🤞
Don't hurry, web developers. - HTML - CSS - JavaScript It takes time, practice, and patience. You got it ✌️
I did more research on w3school to help with my confusion. I was able to get a good visual understanding using this image
Today is day 3 of my #100DaysOfCode challenge. I finished a menu project on freecodecamp! It help me get a better understanding of the display properties which was something that always confused me. I could never understand the differences between inline-block and display block.
Consistency > talent
@_eduardoltorres I relate to these so much. I l watched tons of tutorials thinking I really knew what I was doing but I never really felt confident as a developer. What are some tips you would recommend? Right now I'm going through freecodecamp to strengthen my foundation
@_eduardoltorres It's crazy! And here I was using div for everything
Day 2 of #100Daysofcode with freecodecamp. Walked me through the basics of HTML and how to structure your page when creating a website with a header body and footer. Also learned about other elements like article, section, and main.
