Just had the worst experience trying to book @Hajj_Nusuk. Sold out during payment, no notification, & one card limit for large family. Is this really the vision for Saudia 2030? And $7000+ for economy flight? Proper organization & risk assessments can eliminate these. @MoHU_En

Why dont you fix, correct and comfort us all? Why dont you have Customer Leads to respond to messages instead of auto gimmicks? Why dont you release 16 provider?

@HuzFuz @cbhuk @appghajjumrah @YasminQureshiMP @mogradia @NazShahBfd @MoHU_En I still haven’t heard back from @Hajj_Nusuk after they told me they’d “provide the needed clarification” for all the questions I have DM’d them. It’s been over 36 hours. We can’t trust Nusuk to do the right thing just like @MoHU_En who commissioned them.
