@skytv Have restarted many times - & odd the customer service team don’t even seem to know about the outrage. what is being done to resolve this & compensate ???

@elrobertos_e11 @TicketSwap Having the same issue & can’t reach anyone !

Why is @UberEats_uk @UberEats customer service so so bad? Your food arrives late, cold and to top it off smashed in the bag and you just get autoresponses from humans who don’t read your messages. They’ll find any way to avoid actually addressing the issue #poorcustomerservice

@qatarairways @lusailcircuit Is over 12 months waiting for a resolution for such a serious matter efficient for yourselves ? I need a postal address for your legal team - can you please provide & stop telling me it’s being dealt with for the past 12 months #worstcustomerservice

@VisitQatar @qatarairways Can I please be provided an address for your legal team? Your company continue to refuse to provide it after 12 months of me chasing a resolution for a Data Protection breech following on from my luggage being assigned &sent to another passenger. 12 months & my emails are ignored

@qatarairways @FIFAWorldCup Also what are you doing about the fake accounts on here contacting your passengers & trying to scam them ? You can see their activity - surely you should be reporting & removing them

@qatarairways @Chunkz @AboFlah_1 @EAA_Foundation Can I please be provided a written address for your legal team? I’ve been waiting over 1 year for a resolution & hearing “we’ll get back to you in due course” - 1 year is not due course especially when data protection laws have been broken

I had to place another order to speak to someone who promised a resolution via message &then again taken down a rabbit hole with more auto responses! Abuse, £100 stolen, no food delivered, dinner party ruined &no resolution. @UberEats @UberEats_uk do better! Switch to @Deliveroo?

Why is @ubereats_uk customer service so terrible? Imagine the driver verbally assaults you, takes your £100 order for your dinner party & spending days to have a human response! Most shocking & disappointing experience ever! #worstservice

@qatarairways Is there a phone number for your customer service team? Quite shocking for the number one airline in the world. I am still trying to resolve an issue for 10 months and I continue to be sent another passengers details which goes against data protection laws. #WorstCustomerService
