I’ve worked with orgs where I wanted to tell the ACTUAL story where the problems weren’t just; “The team wasn’t feeling it today” “We tried our best, gg go next tournament” “No one is at fault…”
@DirectedByAP When conflict is pinned on a single person, I'm against it. If its mutual issues that everyone admits to, then sure.
@DirectedByAP these clips are highly to be accepted by people as 'quarreling with each other' rather than being seen as 'serious moment', and it could be the basis on which players can be unreasonable criticized from people.
@DirectedByAP I agree that openness is important, but it turned into scapegoating but the end of the video. It started well and ended up badly imo
