Eight major Hollywood studio CEOs (including Iger) collectively made over $773 million in compensation in 2021. But median writer/producer pay has declined 23% over the past decade after adjusting for inflation. That's very disturbing.
Disney CEO Bob Iger says the writers and actors going on strike in Hollywood are not being “realistic” with their expectations: "It's very disturbing to me." variety.com/2023/tv/news/b…

When Disney randomly decided to take mine & other POC support staff’s free lunch away mid show, it was the Writers who rotated giving us their lunch in solidarity. Sometimes I would cry while eating cuz the sh!t was SO DEHUMANIZING
Disney CEO Bob Iger says the writers and actors going on strike in Hollywood are not being “realistic” with their expectations: "It's very disturbing to me." variety.com/2023/tv/news/b…
Not even 24 hours after the incredible backlash to the Deadline hit piece that he helped orchestrate, Bob Iger thought it was a good idea to make even more cruel and false remarks about the WGA and SAG. Maybe you should have stayed retired, Bob. You're not built for this anymore
@BlueMilkMama I think we'll get it for sure in the show!
This shot is incredible. Sabine is going to be the star of this thing. #Ahsoka
After a couple viewings, I feel good saying the last 25 mins of #DialOfDestiny is the best close to any of the Indiana Jones films. Goes to emotional places the franchise has never been and without a doubt features two of the best scenes of Harrison Ford's career. What a movie.
@Prefect_Timing @SW_Celebration Lot of great memories from this one. Will never forget how much of a thrill it was to see Carrie ❤️
Figaro & Frankie is an emotional rollercoaster and I love it with all my existence
Starting this July, @DisneyPlus will begin debuting a collection of 28 newly restored @DisneyAnimation classic shorts as part of the ongoing #Disney100 celebration: bit.ly/43IWgaI
@Brianna18228057 I believe they are giving refunds. But I'd still rather they just make the figures. Very annoying.
Just got this email. It’s completely infuriating that everything involving #Willow is just being erased as if it never happened. Legitimately never going to get over this decision.
@bobpeterson_hey It's really great. Beautiful farewell to Ed and the character.
Saw #Elemental last night and it turns out Pixar can make a moving love story just as perfectly as they do with every other genre. Instantly fell in love with Ember and Wade, their families, and how personal this film feels. Can’t wait to watch it again.
@guyselga Never been a better merch item than the Hooter plush!
@Gluesticky 100%! Aria can never be forgotten!
@Gluesticky You absolutely should! I’m so down about the whole thing…
@amyrichau This is great! Totally forgot about The Vow of the Silver Dawn...
