@AerLingus, as for “you will afford us the opportunity to welcome you on board our services for a more enjoyable experience in the future”. No, will not travel Aer Lingus again because you refused to address my complaints — booked next flights to Dub on another airline!

@aerlingus a response concentrating on “we cannot guarantee any particular seat,including those for which a fee was paid.We reserve the right to assign or reassign seats at any time.”No response to cancelled flights, excess travel costs, ineffective communication & luggage issue

@AerLingus This is the same message I keep getting! This could have been sorted in five minutes in the airport but instead you’re drawing it out over weeks! Is that to put me off looking for compensation and a refund?

@AerLingus, still awaiting a reply to my complaint! Such disappointing customer service! I got an email saying it could take “some time especially in this unprecedented time” and I’d like that explained! Is it just a high number of ongoing complaints owing to dreadful service?

@AerLingus, deeply frustrating& disappointing experience travelling with you today&Sat. Flight cancellations, lack of efficient communication&no compensation as well as having to pay €35 for a bag that didn’t violate dimensions. Still waiting on reply. Customer service shocking

@TfL, another controversial bus journey today on the 58 bus to Stratford. Sign said 30 capacity and there was 30 downstairs as well as loads upstairs. Lots without masks. I appreciate the bus driver cannot manage a stubborn public but how do I travel to work feeling protected?

@TfL, over 30 people on a bus this morning. Many crowded at exit doors. Several without masks. One guy was holding his mask in his mouth. #notsafe #COVID19 #atrisk #whoisoverseesingthis

@VirginTrains Elderly passengers had difficulty breathing&others couldn’t physically access bathroom for several stops b/c of severe overcrowding. Your staff didn’t think this was a problem? Possibly because they couldn’t access train cars.#unsafe #unethical How do I make a formal complaint?

@VirginTrains, I know it’s a bank holiday but w/announcements constantly echoing,”if you see something that doesn’t look right!” & others telling you to “sit back & relax,” I’m confused as to why you’ve overbooked again-overbooking DOES NOT look right or feel safe. Refund needed.
