Anyways I'm sorry but this isn't easy and CPTSD the struggle with living trauma shit I've been trying to get better but just when I feel I can do this start feeling good with myself I trigger healing as it is and get it and like I said I am not getting it's not just my illness

Names and well he was my mate we wasn't even anything intermittent or nothing but couldn't get respect me and I'll respect you man don't like me cause I speak up and be straight and well idn I can't do it anymore I start getting better like this was months ago the pub well today

I still have that reporting I am going to admit I went on with it seeming I'm nuts but truly I was bloody shitting it but he couldn't get me to yeah I Idn it's shameful to me and sure I throw around shit the stuff coming out my mouth it was like well calling him names but

Keep kicking the door and he says yeah she damaging my property I need the cops here asap and I yelled fuck off you just looked the door kicking the door I am a human I have right while continuing kicking he unlocks but the cops play it I wasn't the victim pff yeah this a joke

Embarrassed with it is all i ain't a massive crazy and well they said you got out I said yeah after he called the cops on me on I said he needs to move out the door I'm a human I have rights I rich for to open he locks the door while still on the phone so I kept keeping the door

Proud cause honestly I went on with it and would stop I wasn't going to until he let me out just let me out and he was trying to shut me up no matter what I didn't he wasn't happy so he called the cops on me he big black man I'm literally tiny small little Short I was embar

He was standing in the door way I wasn't having it he called the cops cause he wasn't getting me to shut up and stop I wasn't doing what he wanted or he was trying to do heck I got all that on recording and my best mate Jake and ben even my baby daddy he says Heck be proud of

Was going to do and believe me will be doing but this is happening and as many times where i can't get out the door so I've had to go on its fracking nuts I can't touch him or that's reason to hand on me right soo I was stuck with my mouth believe me I used it I want out he

My mate wasn't until he stated that he knew not to call your bluff he was not gonna cause I even get it I wouldn't not right now your no fucken joke cause look can you see him and you said na been through here his gone looking through the Salisbury and center then said this one

Yeah one of the bros asking who I'm looking for and like I was on a freaking mission this dude wasn't to seen one the bros ask what he look like I was na I am doing this I'm not telling you bros serious I'm doing this it's no joke like why not f this and my mate wasn't until he

In Salisbury right yeah my apologies but I went from having especially great days I don't get most day and struggling to even well that day was great he just couldn't help fuck it and no one does anything blow domb within me like ooh yeah had bro walk up who you looking for sis

While heading towards the door I'm saying come on I was raised by a man 6 brothers I know the the definition good enough to give it and then you're good enough to take it only girl I look behind like you come his gone like proof gone so well fuck his stuck yeah I was looking

Well seen that and no one in there done a thing I have CPTSD it's struggling as it is I've had this happen many times enough so I said dude we're in an pub place of business let's take this out there we can resolve this come on while getting out me chair walking to the door I

Never spoke up when just 10/ 15 minutes before hand the man besides but fount of me was sharing revealed signs and the one aside me both fall chatting me up but when this happens not one in fact they put there heads down didn't say anything like I wasn't abusive only until well,

Before I could possibly add matters his next just gone from well puffing out his chest like ooh what you say me being me well guys I've had it k I said it right and then he abusive yelling at me when well freaking hell ain't i allowed to feel safe and not one man around said

Said ooh freakin hell could you not stand just right there like behind me you've freaken me it's scary without finishing his this says " what you talking to me so well me "yeah mate stand at sides not behind me or over there so your side me I didn't even time for adding please,
