Spatial Disambiguation is a map comprised of context, events, time/place & ambiguity. Metaphysically, those are further disoriented through our use of introspection and observation in multiple tenses of self. SA/SA+ or spatially ambiguous matter leaves our mind in addiction.
1️⃣ You are not your addiction—you are the observer. 2️⃣ Fighting triggers empowers you, with knowledge we coalesce. 3️⃣ Knowledge. Acceptance. Humility.
The claim with Reflection is this: "Traditional recovery pathways have an established process of self-discovery, but if you want to completely re-architect how you orient yourself in existence, you need the full framework."
“Knowledge is the quintessential component to recovery and to Reflections methodology beyond any reasoning, however, Knowledge would cease to exist without the Introspection attained through Acceptance and Humility.” - R. W. Dixon
"Hold a phone half an inch from your eyes. It's just a blur. To read it, you don't fight the phone; you simply move it back."
"We are exploring the spatial disambiguation of habits this week. What is one emotional or behavioral loop you are working to break right now?"
"Quick language shift that changes everything inside your brain..." Reflection is an empowering balance of introspection and observation across our past, present and future tense self.
Be honest: How many times have you known EXACTLY what your triggers are, but fallen into the exact same habit loop anyway?"
“Knowledge is the quintessential component to recovery and to Reflections methodology beyond any reasoning however, Knowledge would cease to exist without the Introspection attained through Acceptance and Humility”. R. W. Dixon reflectionrecovery.org
