🚨 US bank stocks just had their longest weekly losing streak since 2008. Six weeks down, roughly 13% off their August peak. Meanwhile, major banks are still growing their loan books. Something doesn’t add up. Is Wall Street spotting trouble before it shows up in earnings, or are investors simply overreacting to higher interest rates?

@unusual_whales Here’s the crazy part. Buyers are disappearing, but home prices still aren’t collapsing. Too many homeowners are locked into cheap mortgages and have little reason to sell. So what actually breaks first, home prices or buyers’ willingness to keep waiting?

@roy69al @Mr_Derivatives I’d still call it an interesting chart 😂 But interesting doesn’t mean useful. Show me a strategy that actually makes money from this pattern and I’ll pay attention. Until then, it’s just another statistic people mistake for an edge.

@Mr_Derivatives Every year people start searching “Black Monday” like panic is a seasonal tradition. The funny part is the search spike itself can become part of the fear loop. Retail doesn’t just react to crashes anymore, it preloads them.

America is spending more and more money just to service yesterday’s debt. Over $1 trillion in projected net interest payments in 2026, potentially reaching $2.1 trillion by 2036. Not a single dollar of that pays down the principal. And here’s the part that worries me: the bigger that bill gets, the less room Washington has to spend on anything else. At what point does borrowing stop being a solution and become the problem?

@DonAlt The monthly chart can look amazing and still destroy anyone trading it with too much leverage. Being right about the bigger picture means absolutely nothing if you get liquidated before it plays out. Funny how the “just zoom out” crowd always forgets that part.

The scary part for DraftKings isn’t losing every customer to Kalshi or Polymarket. They don’t need to steal everyone. Just enough to force lower margins and more spending to keep users. $DKNG could keep growing revenue while shareholders keep getting crushed. That’s what I’d be watching.

An AI investing bot losing money but beating the Nasdaq is technically a win, sure. But look at those holdings. Most are stocks every retail investor already knows. What exactly is the AI adding here besides a fancy dashboard? Show me six months of results and then we can talk about having an edge.

Giving shares directly to the public sounds great until you remember Anthropic is still a private company. What are millions of people supposed to do with shares they can’t easily sell? I’d rather know who controls that 5% and how the money actually reaches people. That’s the part that matters.

@EliteOptions2 The funny part is AI doesn’t even need to fail for this bubble to burst. The technology could keep growing while investors lose billions. All it takes is revenue growing slower than the massive spending everyone keeps celebrating. That’s the risk nobody wants to talk about.

At this point the bigger question isn't whether SOL can bounce first, it's whether buyers actually defend that lower level with volume. A weak drift into support usually gets bought. A panic flush through it changes the whole setup. I'd rather watch the reaction than front-run the prediction.

@TedPillows People keep calling every alt dip a buying opportunity, but BTC dominance keeps saying the opposite. If liquidity is still running to Bitcoin, most alts aren't early — they're just underperforming. Harsh truth, but that's the market.

@KillaXBT 62% of traders? That dashboard tracks 774 wallets, not the entire BTC market. Pretty big difference. And crowded shorts don’t automatically mean a short squeeze is coming. Who’s actually getting forced to cover if price moves higher?

@Mr_Derivatives We’re really calling a 0.3% weekend dip a warning sign now? These markets can be pretty thin. I’d be more interested in what happens when actual futures open Sunday night. Wouldn’t be the first time weekend panic turned into absolutely nothing.

@0xSweep Everyone loves a clean breakout chart until the retest fails. If SOL closes back below that trendline, is the bullish setup dead or are we just going to draw another line and call it bullish again?

@BullTheoryio Everyone’s staring at the debt numbers, but the future data center leases are what really caught my attention. Those aren’t debt today, but the bills are coming either way. What happens if AI demand doesn’t grow nearly as fast as these companies are betting it will?

The AI boom is starting to become a debt story. Billions are being borrowed for chips, data centers and compute. Now central banks are warning that all this spending could help keep interest rates higher. That creates a weird loop: AI needs cheap capital to scale. AI spending may be helping make capital more expensive. Everyone is watching the models. I’m starting to watch the debt. Which becomes the bigger problem first?

@NoLimitGains A degree can be a great investment. But telling an 18-year-old to borrow $80K without showing what graduates in that exact major actually earn? That’s insane. Colleges get paid either way. Students spend the next 20 years finding out if it was worth it.

@gurgavin Forget the $900K hindsight math for a second. Tesla basically got an interest-free loan from its customers for nine years, and they still don’t have the car. Imagine literally any other automaker pulling that off. People would lose their minds.
