It is probably best not to post photos from the operating room with a patient on the table, and another life lost.

Leading pediatric ethics scholars held a three-day symposium in 2022, deliberating medical decision making for children. An article recently published by @AmerAcadPeds summarizes the six recommendations resulting from that symposium. Read the article: publications.aap.org/pediatrics/art…
@francisdeng They also didn't report differences in analgesia during the procedure. No difference in pain at 1, 4, and 8 weeks, and in the ED they used "analgesia provided as appropriate". Kids tend not to like it when you touch their broken arm with an ultrasound probe.
